Reiki is a japense healing tecnique that uses divine universal energy to reduce stress, tension, heal bad habits, and for mental, physical and spiritual health. I focus on clearing and balancing the 7 main chakras.

Focus: intuition, body mind spirit connection, detoxification, protection, spiritual cleanse, holistic health,

energy reset

Let go of: fear of failure, poor boundaries, perfectionism, criticism, self hatred, depression, low energy

Set an intention to receive the night of the reiki or whenever you are ready to recieve. 

I do everything on my end, but if you wish you can create a ritual at home. Make sure you cleanse your body before you are ready to receive the reiki. 

Candle colors: White, Violet, Green, Pink, Purple

Crystals: Amethyst, Blue Kyanite, Labradorite, Lapis Lazuli, Moonstone, Citrine, Clear Quartz

start with a sound bath, move into on screen energy healing, finish with a collective tarot reading

Format for Ritual:

a candle altar, petition, live, read all the names, send distance reiki, write reiki report and post it on the youtube description box, then i post a video of the candle altar after the working is complete.
